The INTERREG VI-A Italy–Croatia 2021-2027 Programme has launched its third call for proposals, inviting organisations to collaborate on impactful cross-border projects between Italy and Croatia that address shared thematic challenges and concrete regional needs. The call targets both Standard and Small-Scale projects, aligned with several Specific Objectives, including promoting culture and sustainable tourism for economic and social development, and improving sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent, and intermodal mobility at various levels, such as better access to TEN-T and cross-border connections. Eligible applicants include institutions and entities established under Italian or Croatian national law (excluding international organisations), with a registered office or operational base within the Programme area, and possessing legal personality.
A total of EUR 34,759,000 from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) has been allocated for this call, including EUR 9,186,000 specifically for tourism-related priorities. Projects will be co-financed at a rate of 80% of eligible costs. The call is open from 7 May 2025 to 8 July 2025 at 2:00 PM.
