The LEADER 2023–2027 Programme – “Local Economy” Action aims to revitalise rural areas by boosting local economies in Europe. It focuses on capturing local spending, promoting sustainable tourism, and strengthening the local productive fabric through innovation, cooperation, and digital transition. Eligible applicants include local authorities, public institutions, associations, businesses, farmers and individuals registered in the SIRENE directory.

The programme offers grants covering up to 80% of eligible expenses, with co-financing required from project leaders. The funding period runs from 3 February 2025 to 31 December 2027 (The original piece available only in French).
