The Regional Council of Grand Est (Conseil Régional Grand Est), in partnership with the French State, offers financial support for the development of cycle routes included in the National Cycle Route Plan or the Regional Cycling Master Plan. This initiative aims to promote safe and sustainable mobility while enhancing tourism infrastructure through the expansion of key cycling networks.

Eligible applicants include public project owners whose initiatives are part of recognised national or regional plans. Funding covers up to 40% of eligible expenditure, with a maximum allocation of EUR 140,000 per kilometre of developed route and EUR 1,000,000 for civil engineering structures.

Applications must be submitted online from 2 September 2024. Approved projects must be completed within 36 months of the application date (The original piece available only in French).
