The European Commission has announced the 2025 call for proposals under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchanges programme. This initiative promotes international and cross-sector collaboration through the exchange of staff involved in research and innovation. It aims to enhance knowledge transfer, broaden researchers’ skill sets, and foster sustainable partnerships among diverse organisations.

Open to a wide range of organisations, the programme supports short-term exchanges of personnel at all career levels, from academia and industry. Projects can focus on any research and innovation area, facilitating interdisciplinary approaches and innovation. The MSCA Staff Exchanges provide funding for travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs during the exchange period.

Eligible participants include universities, research institutions, businesses, and other non-academic organisations from EU Member States, Horizon Europe Associated Countries, and other partner countries. Proposals must be submitted through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. The call opens on 27 March 2025, with a submission deadline of 8 October 2025.
