The European Commission has launched a funding opportunity to promote inclusive circular economy practices in Viet Nam. With a total budget of €7 million, this initiative supports projects that advance sustainability, resource efficiency, and green economic transformation.
Funded under the EuropeAid programme, the initiative is open to non-governmental organisations (NGOs), micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), business associations, consumer organisations, and research centres legally established in Viet Nam or an EU Member State.
The programme provides grants ranging from €1 million to €1.75 million, covering up to 90% of eligible project costs. Selected projects must focus on circular economy solutions that foster economic inclusion, particularly benefiting marginalised communities and sustainable business models.
Projects must be implemented in Viet Nam and have a duration of 36 to 54 months.
The deadline for applications is 1 April 2025 at 12:00 (Brussels time). For more details and to apply, visit the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
