The SME Sustainability Good Practice Collection from the ETGG2030 project, released in December 2021, highlights a variety of European tourism businesses excelling in sustainability through effective management and innovation. This compilation features 70 businesses, mainly from the accommodation sector, such as hotels, serviced apartments, glamping, and camping sites. Additionally, it includes several tour operators, attractions, activity providers, and restaurants. The collection offers detailed case studies and brief descriptions, serving as a valuable resource and inspiration for SMEs looking to implement sustainable practices.
