The IESE Business School course provides a practical framework called SPDM (Service Problem Driven Management) to enhance service delivery and financial outcomes in service-oriented companies. Participants, regardless of prior experience, delve into real-life cases across various sectors—such as finance, gas service delivery, banking back office, and tourism—to learn how to implement SPDM and address operational challenges. Registration is free, but obtaining the certificate requires a fee of USD 49.
