The “Hotel Management” course offered by the eTourism project aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary for managing hotel operations. It combines theoretical instruction with practical case studies, addressing key areas such as hospitality management, guest services, and operational efficiency. The cource is presented in a single document format, with a total learning duration of approximately 5 hours (300 minutes). The course is available free of charge.
