The TUI Care Foundation-powered e-Academy is an online learning platform created to give tourists in tourist destinations access to digital education. "The Future of Sustainable Hospitality" course explores what lies ahead for sustainable hospitality, using insights from the world's two most successful sustainable hotels to help participants design their own sustainability plans. It starts off by going over the fundamentals of sustainability in hotels, with a focus on how to form a "green" or "sustainability" team and how to motivate employees. In addition to learning how to create a sustainability management plan, participants also learn about effective resource management with an emphasis on waste, energy, and water. Stakeholder engagement and effective communication of sustainable strategies are covered in detail in the course's conclusion.The resource is freely available for using on the provided link after registration.
