The SU.RE. To. Tourism project, a European Union initiative, aims to foster sustainable recovery for small tourism businesses across Europe from November 2022 to October 2024. The "Energy and Resource Management in Tourism" course examines the global tourism industry’s role as a significant energy consumer and its potential for improving natural resource conservation. It offers strategies for enhancing energy and water efficiency, promoting renewable energy, and integrating sustainable practices into tourism, emphasizing the joint responsibility of businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders. Registration grants access to the course at no cost.
