The I-STARS project offers a Food Waste Management Course on the e-Learning Platform, specifically designed to equip tourism organizations with essential knowledge and practical strategies for sustainable food waste management. Participants will acquire an understanding of key concepts, practical strategies, and techniques to integrate sustainable practices into their operations. This initiative, funded by the European Union, aims to promote sustainable practices that are crucial for reducing environmental impact and enhancing efficiency in tourism-related businesses globally. The course is available upon registration and offers the opportunity to obtain a certificate.
