According to a PANTOUR project article published on July 25, 2023, the skills that workers will need in the future are changing due to the impact of artificial intelligence on the global economy. The future workers will need skills that enable them to learn, or ‘learn to learn’, and to think, plan, monitor, evaluate or critically analyze information and generate solutions. Although technology may have replaced routine tasks, it has simultaneously opened up new avenues for workforce development.
