The “Food and Drinks Management” course, part of the eTourism project, aims to enhance participants’ expertise in managing food and beverages within the tourism sector. This course combines theoretical lessons with practical case studies, providing essential skills in nutrition, menu planning, and sustainable practices. It is available as a single document, with a total duration of 5 hours (300 minutes), and is offered for free.
