In April 2025, the PHOENIX 4.0 project—co-funded by the EU and aimed at supporting tourism SMEs in adopting resilient, sustainable, and digital business models—launched the Resilience Navigator Tool.
This self-assessment tool features 22 strategic questions designed to help tourism SMEs evaluate their readiness and adaptability in key areas such as risk management, marketing, accessibility, sustainability and social responsibility, alongside digital and technological adaptation.
Upon completing the online questionnaire, users receive an automatically generated report that provides a detailed analysis of their current status, future outlook, and tailored recommendations.
