Directive (EU) 2022/2464, issued by the European Parliament and the Council in December, 2022, amends several existing regulations and directives. This amendment's primary goal is to improve corporate sustainability reporting. This programme, which aims to establish a competitive, resource-efficient economy with no nett greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, is in line with the European Green Deal. It also helps to create a sustainable, all-inclusive economic structure that doesn't leave anyone or any location behind.
