The European Cyclists' Federation (ECF), an independent non-profit organisation based in Brussels, is committed to promoting cycling across Europe. By 2025 or 2030, the organisation pledges to increase the availability of long-distance trains that accommodate non-dismantled bicycles, enhance user satisfaction with multimodal travel involving bicycles, and expand partnerships to provide guidelines and best practices for integrating public transport with cycling.
