The European Union has introduced the Data Act in response to the exponential increase in data generated by humans and machines. This legislation aims to encourage data reuse and eliminate obstacles, fostering a balanced and sustainable data economy that benefits everyone. Ensure compliance with the new rules and complete the necessary technical adjustments before the Data Act comes into force on September 12, 2025.
