We started to work on three laws that have the aim to support social enterprises in the circular economy and boost their access to market through public procurement. We'll continue our advocacy efforts and our concrete targets for 2025 are:

  • eliminate profit taxation for social enterprises (including the one in the circular economy);
  • extending the categories of employees whose employers benefit from subsidies -  for work integration SEs (many of them in Romania are in the circular economy)
