Specific Actions:
Implementation of fair, equal, and transparent wages for all hotel employees.
Provision of official employment contracts to employees with refugee visas (refugees from Ukraine) with clearly defined conditions, paid vacation, paid social and health insurance, limited overtime, and allowances for meals and relaxation, despite significantly higher costs for the employer.
Ensuring gender and age equality in the workplace and supporting career development for all employees regardless of gender and nationality.

Measurable Results:
Improvement in employee satisfaction measured by regular satisfaction surveys.
Increase the number of employees with official employment contracts to 80% and reduce the number of agency workers.
Increase employee participation in training and skill development by 30% over the next year.

Target Date or Frequency of Results Availability:
Employee satisfaction surveys will be conducted every six months, with the first survey to be completed by the end of this year.
The goal is to achieve 80% official employment contracts by the end of next year and reduce the number of agency workers.
The increase in employee participation in training and skill development will be monitored and evaluated annually, with the first evaluation at the end of next year.

Planned Investments:
Investment in training, language courses, and employee development, including programs for career advancement and equality in gender, nationality, and age.
Funding for employee satisfaction surveys and the implementation of recommended improvements.
Costs associated with administrative changes and legal advisors to ensure official employment contracts, as well as significantly higher costs (up to 34% more) for each employee with an official contract with the hotel instead of through an agency.

By committing to these actions, Hotel Moráň aims to set a standard for fairness and equality in the tourism industry. The organisation believes that these initiatives will not only improve the working conditions and satisfaction of its employees but also contribute to the overall quality and reputation of its services.
