To achieve a Predictive Management of Jobs and Territorial Skills of the SE within the AC'TER project supported by CRESS of Mayotte in order to:
(1) To detect and guide project promoters towards the various CRESS or SSE network devices/tools;
(2) To set up awareness-raising activities/workshops for SSE companies, project promoters and other actors forming the SSE network;
(3) To draw up an inventory of employment and its characteristics in SSE companies in order to Anticipate job and skills needs.
Indicators to measure the completion of these pledges :
- Number of awareness-raising activities/workshops organized during the duration of the project
Key deliverable : an inventory of employment and its characteristic in SSE
Expected time of completion : September 2023.
