ECF commits to provide information about cycling tourism in Europe as the main hub to discover Europe by bicycle. EuroVelo.com contains information about specific EuroVelo routes in general, per country and per stage; but it also provides information about cycling in specific countries. Built around the subsidiarity principle, it gathers relevant links to national websites of reference that include detailed information for planning trips. Since July 2022, EuroVelo.com allows downloading GPX tracks of EuroVelo routes, which has been a very popular feature since then. Since July 2023, it also includes a route planner to adapt GPX tracks to a trip idea mixing multiple EuroVelo routes. EuroVelo.com provides visibility to bookable offers and a list of references for cycling-friendly service schemes, and gives inspiration through articles presenting destinations or reporting of experiences from users. Articles are shared in the monthly EuroVelo newsletter.

More features could be developed to further develop the relevance of EuroVelo.com as the main source of information on cycling tourism in Europe on multimodality for example and availability of certain services tailored for cycling tourism.

Considering the subsidiarity principle, EuroVelo.com depends on the quality of national websites and route websites for detailed information. On this aspect, ECF commits to empower National EuroVelo Coordination Centres (NECCs) and all local stakeholders involved in EuroVelo to develop the most relevant online information on their EuroVelo offers. Regular events are organized on the topic and resources are available and to be developed to harmonize the quality of online information provided and guarantee its accessibility for European audiences.

Concrete actions:
- 12 EuroVelo newsletters a year to promote the network, its development and quality offers
- Annual publication of the EuroVelo Digital Statistics Report
- Session organized during the EuroVelo & Cycling Tourism Conference about online information

Target:
- Annual report on EuroVelo Digital Statistics with minimum +5% growth on EuroVelo.com web visits and sessions
- Number of GPX tracks downloads and growth
- More quality national websites available on EuroVelo and/or cycling to lead to detailed information
