Actions to take: 
ECF commits to coordinate the EuroVelo Data Hub for centralized and updated evidence on the development, usage and impact of EuroVelo and of cycling tourism in general. As for 2024, ECF is publishing three annual reports a year: EuroVelo Usage Monitoring report in partnership with Eco-Counter, EuroVelo Development Status Report and EuroVelo Digital Statistics Report. We will explore opportunities to develop even more the EuroVelo Data Hub to better understand cycle use, user behaviours, motivations etc. along EuroVelo and about cycling tourism in Europe generally. 

ECF commits to coordinate national experts on cycling tourism and cycle route networks monitoring, share methodological tools openly and encourage more comparable statistics and indicators on cycling tourism to be developed. 

Concrete actions: 
- Publication of 3 annual reports on EuroVelo Monitoring 
- Share of best practices on cycling tourism monitoring at events and through online articles 
- Explore the collection of new monitoring data on cycling tourism 

Target for 2025 or 2030: 
- Annual report of EuroVelo Usage Monitoring (automatic counters) with minimum +5% growth 
- Annual report on EuroVelo Development Status: progress in cycle routes development with minimum +5% growth a year 
- Annual report on EuroVelo Digital Statistics with minimum +5% growth 
- Additional pillars in the EuroVelo Data Hub in addition to Usage, Development Status and Digital Statistics such as Behaviours or Tour Operators Industry Snapshot.
