Groupe VYV signed in 2021 a charter of commitment 'Ageing well throughout life' for European citizens with 3 SSE partners and aims to gather 10 by 2030 (project duration 01/10/2024-30/09/2028). Our ambition is to foster actions based on the exchange of best practices, to address the issues of autonomy particularly for the elderly. The consortium is build up on 9 financing operators and an ecosystem of 11 associated operators between the French, the Walloon and the Flemish.
The first phase of the project will focus on optimising the contribution of digitisation in the health sector. To this end, after a survey of the practices and needs in each part of the project region, educational content will be designed and developed in an e-toolbox, with the aim of meeting the requirements of professionals.
The second phase will be intended for professionals in the area of preventing loss of independence. Prevention must be developed in any care pathway, and will analyse existing tools and propose a new cross-border tool to facilitate the work of health professionals. These actions will share cross-border achievements with a view to disseminating the international application Icope (WHO) in the cross-border structures, establishing an e-platform for health professionals. Several seminars will take place to monitor the process and impacts.
One engagement is to initiate new technological solutions based: combining digital tools with human intervention and interaction to improve care. Ex: the INTERREG FWVL VI Syndigitalpro is a first concrete step and other Interreg projects could follow.rreg projects could follow.
