The "Compendium of Good Practices and Solutions for Climate Change Adaptation in the Outermost Regions of the EU" was prepared for the European Commission in October 2023. It compiles effective strategies and practices to address climate change in the EU's Outermost Regions, including areas in the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, South America, and South-West Indian Ocean. The document features contributions from a series of workshops that gathered stakeholders such as academic institutions, regional governments, and project leaders. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, this compendium identifies and showcases replicable initiatives to enhance climate resilience. This effort is vital for these regions due to their unique vulnerabilities and aligns with broader EU climate and regional policy objectives.
