The European Commission issued a Recommendation in November, 2021, proposing a common European data space for cultural heritage. Using cutting-edge digital technology and cooperative frameworks, this proposal, which was produced in Brussels, Belgium, seeks to digitise and distribute cultural heritage data throughout Europe. The project aims to protect Europe's rich cultural legacy, increase cross-continental understanding and collaboration, and make it available for cultural, educational, and research purposes.
