As part of the Tech4EU Construction Cluster, the BEEYONDERS project has launched a survey to gather insights into the barriers and obstacles faced by construction workers. The survey aims to assess how technologies developed by cluster projects can contribute to greater gender inclusion and well-being in the sector.

The survey is intended for individuals currently working in the field or those entering the sector through specialised training or academic pathways. The goal is to ensure that at least 70 % of the responses (approximately 200 in total) come from individuals assigned female at birth or those who identify as women, ensuring a representative sample of workers.

The results will contribute to a comprehensive report presented to the European Commission as part of the BEEYONDERS project outcomes.

The survey is carried out in collaboration with the InCUBE, RoBĂ©tArmĂ©, and HumanTech projects and is available in 10 different languages. These organisations will use their extensive networks in the construction sector, including project consortia and pilot sites, to distribute it.

Construction workers are encouraged to participate in this important survey and share their insights, helping shape a more inclusive and innovative future for the industry.
