The ALTER TOURS project, funded by Erasmus+ programme, aims to enhance and certify the green and digital marketing skills of tourist guides and agents for developing sustainable alternative thematic tours. Running from December 2023 to November 2025, it focuses on creating a curriculum and training materials, providing a certification scheme, and extending the competencies of participants. The project involves developing an e-learning platform, training examiners, and promoting results through various activities across five European countries.
