The “Southern Portugal Gastronomy and Tourism” course, organized by Idevelop Training Center, will be held from January 13 to 17 in Setubal, Portugal. This 5-day program is tailored for tourism and gastronomy educators aiming to deepen their knowledge and teaching skills within the rich culinary and cultural traditions of Southern Portugal. Participants will enrich their curriculum with authentic cultural content, gain a deeper understanding of European culinary and cultural diversity, acquire practical skills for classroom application, and network with fellow educators to build international connections.The course combines hands-on workshops, guided tours, and tastings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. The course costs 400 EUR and includes a certificate of attendance upon completion.
