The Creative DG EcoTour project, funded by the EU with a budget of EUR 967,379, aims to develop sustainable tourism in Kresna, Strumyani, and Vasilevo. Coordinated by the Kresna Municipality, it focuses on improving socio-economic conditions, creating all-season tourist destinations, and implementing digital and green solutions. Running from March 2025 to March 2027, its expected outcomes include enhanced infrastructure, new tourist routes, and increased local employment opportunities. The project also aims to foster community involvement and promote the region's cultural and natural heritage.
