The “Crisis Management and Governance in Tourism” project, backed by the Single Market Programme, aims to strengthen the resilience of the EU tourism ecosystem by improving governance and crisis management mechanisms. It addresses vulnerabilities exposed by crises like COVID-19 and other disruptions, providing advisory support and developing action plans for 55 tourism organizations across 21 countries. The project focuses on best practices, policy recommendations, and eLearning modules to enhance crisis preparedness and governance in the tourism sector.
