This Erasmus+ project, running from June 2024 to August 2025, aims to boost youth engagement in Europe, particularly in Matera, the European Capital of Culture 2019. By fostering intercultural understanding and empowering young people as change agents, the project addresses socio-economic challenges in southern and eastern Europe. It promotes cultural volunteering and sustainable tourism to enhance employability and competitiveness in the European labour market. Activities include orientation, team building, exploring European Capitals of Culture, sessions on volunteering, thematic tours, proposal brainstorming, and final evaluations.
