Funded by Creative Europe, Web3Tour spearheads innovation in Cultural Tourism by introducing professionals to Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Blockchain technologies, aiming to digitalize the sector for enhanced inclusivity, competitiveness, and youth employment. By integrating innovative technologies, Web3Tour aligns cultural activities with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting industry sustainability and adaptability to local ecosystems. The project also raises awareness and encourages circularity through targeted training within the Accelerator program. Scheduled over a two-year period from November 2023 to November 2025, Web3Tour signifies a pivotal step towards a more sustainable and technologically advanced Cultural Tourism industry.
