The TourINN-act project, a COSME initiative, aims to enhance digitalization and innovation among tourism SMEs through cross-sectoral cooperation and capacity building. During its third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Murcia on April 15-16, 2024, the project highlighted the importance of collaboration and support, providing financial aid in the form of vouchers to over 60 tourism SMEs from various countries. Running from November 10, 2021, to November 9, 2024, this 36-month initiative seeks to modernize the tourist experience, improve the utilization of tourist offerings, and ensure the sustainability and profitability of SMEs in the medium to long term by fostering innovative solutions and organizational models.
