The BlueDotS (Blue Economy and Social Economy for Sustainable Transitions) project, that promotes a just and sustainable transition for Social Economy Enterprises (SEEs) engaged in maritime and water-related sectors, is offering financial support for SEEs to enhance their sustainability and engagement in the blue economy. This initiative will provide up to 250 social economy SMEs with the opportunity to participate in the BLUEDOTS project Financial Facility Programme. 

A total budget of up to €60,000 is allocated, with individual support of up to €800 per enterprise. This funding will cover expenses for travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs for up to 2 people per beneficiary. The beneficiaries will be able to attend the transnational capacity-building event on 22-23 May 2025 in Malaga, Andalusia (Spain). 

Eligible applicants include social economy SMEs and enabling oganisations registered in the EU or associated countries that are active or seeking to expand within the blue economy sector. The application deadline is 21 March 2025, and interested enterprises must submit their proposals through the BlueDotS application form.
