Both KUDA and the Fundació Barcelona Comerc will participate and enforce a clear policy on data handling by the retailers associated with the Retail Embassies, through policy guidelines and RDD (Retail Destination Design).

2030 Targets

  • Have all the main participants (public, private, and third sector) sign and implement the necessary “digital retail data service agreement”, that should frame the digital and physical code of conduct and data management included in the Service Design part of the Retail Embassies.
  • Have finalised and implemented the first iteration of Retail Embassies Service Design template, to be used and shared with other cities as well.
