By the end of the next year, Humana Nova will keep ISO standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 certifications) and obtain 2 additional certifications related to sustainable practices, with the aim of enhancing the organization's value and product quality. The maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 26000  certification as well as the two additional  certifications will serve as tangible proves of Humana Nova's commitment to sustainable practices. Humana Nova will track progress towards certification by establishing a timeline with defined milestones. The progress will be measured by completing the necessary documentation, conducting internal audits, and engaging external auditors. The organization will allocate sufficient resources, including time and funding, to complete the necessary processes and fulfill the requirements for each certification. Humana Nova will allocate resources, both financial and human, to support the certification process. It will identify and address any gaps in its current processes or practices to meet the requirements of the certifications. Obtaining these certifications aligns with Humana Nova's goal of optimizing processes and creating their own label through self-regulation, ultimately enhancing the organization's value and contributing to environmental sustainability. The certifications will be achieved by the end of the next year, providing a clear deadline for the organization to work towards.
