The app lets staff create structured reports using checklists, ratings, photo uploads and speech-to-text, with follow-up actions such as reorders triggered directly from the tool. AI-supported translation and summarisation are aimed at reducing language barriers across Deichmann's international store network.
The rapid adoption illustrates that front-line digital tools succeed less on technical sophistication than on how directly they reduce administrative burden already falling on store staff.
