The programme is funded through the Padua Chamber of Commerce's Sportello PID (Digital Enterprise Point) initiative and is built around four themes covering artificial intelligence, online security, online presence and digital sales, delivered through a podcast, Tuesday webinars, four in-person "Open Digital Cocktail" evening sessions and a closing Digital Day event. This is a small, regional initiative, but it is a concrete, free, replicable model of digital-skills support for very small retailers, the kind of stakeholder the Getting Support and Knowledge sections aim to reach.
