The EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), has introduced the Mobility Corporate Venture Builder, aimed at developing start-ups that prioritise innovation, sustainability, inclusivity, gender equality, and impact in urban mobility. Its goal is to launch the next generation of high-growth urban mobility companies in Europe and connect them with corporate players who embrace open innovation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate investment strategies. The venture builder is open to corporates interested in collaborating under these schemes. Over 24 weeks, it offers the opportunity to develop the venture, the team, and its culture from the ground up.
