The report titled “Why Employees Change Industries Within the Hotel and Restaurant Sector” was provided by Sweco on behalf of Tillväxtverket (the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth) in 2023. It is an interview study conducted in December 2022, aiming to understand why individuals working in the hotel and restaurant industry choose to switch to other sectors.
