The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) is collecting examples of how apprenticeships are helping learners across Europe. These real-life stories will be used to showcase innovation, spark collaboration, and inspire new approaches. As coordinators of the TCLF Pact for Skills, EURATEX invites all organisations in textiles, clothing, leather and footwear to share their experience, especially where apprenticeships are linked to the green and digital transitions, higher-level training, mobility, regional partnerships, or inclusion and gender equality.

Why your input matters
Apprenticeships are vital for building the skills that our industries need. They prepare young people and workers for the jobs of the future, support the green and digital transitions, and make sure opportunities are open to everyone. By sharing your example, you not only highlight the good work being done in the TCLF sectors but also help shape Europe’s conversation on how apprenticeships can deliver more impact.
What you can share
The EAfA welcomes a wide variety of practices, from small initiatives to large-scale projects. For our sectors, we are especially looking for examples that:
develop green or digital skills;
expand higher apprenticeships;
promote the mobility of apprentices across borders;
strengthen the role of cities and regions;
advance social inclusion and gender equality.
Your example could be a new training module, an awareness campaign, a regional partnership, support services for apprentices, or any other initiative that has made a difference.
How to contribute
To share your practice, simply fill in the official template on the European Commission’s website:
Submit your example here
There is no limit on how many examples you can submit. Each contribution will feed into upcoming reports and activities of the EAfA, giving visibility to your organisation and the TCLF sectors as a whole.
A call to our community
We encourage all stakeholders in the TCLF industries who work with apprenticeships to take part. This is an opportunity to show how our sectors are driving innovation, building strong partnerships, and supporting learners in Europe. By contributing, you help strengthen the voice of the TCLF Pact for Skills and ensure our achievements are recognised at European level.
