This call supports transnational projects that pilot, test, and scale innovative approaches in education and training, with a strong emphasis on skills development, systemic impact, and cooperation between education providers, industry, and public authorities.
Topics covered by the call
The 2026 call includes the following 10 topics:
Topic 3: Digital Education, AI-powered personalised learning pathways for basic skills
Topic 7: VET, developing basic skills in vocational education and training
Topic 8: VET, improving transparency and recognition of VET qualifications
Topic 9: Adult education, support to the Regional Skills Partnerships in the Pact for Skills
Topic 10: Adult education, Motivation in Motion: empowering adults to up- and reskilling
Relevance for the TCLF Pact for Skills community
Several topics are particularly relevant for stakeholders active in the textile, clothing, leather and footwear (TCLF) ecosystem, including Regional Skills Partnerships, education and training providers, social partners, and industry actors. The call places strong emphasis on skills ecosystems, lifelong learning, workforce transitions, and cooperation with labour market actors, all of which are central to the Pact for Skills.
Pact for Skills TCLF signatories are encouraged to explore the topics and consider participating, either as coordinators or partners, depending on their capacity and strategic priorities.
