The W4TEX “Be A Manager” online course is designed for women working in the textile sector who want to develop managerial skills and advance into leadership roles. It offers comprehensive training in leadership, communication, planning, human resources, productivity, and decision-making through 12 interactive modules with self-assessments and a final certificate. The platform is available in multiple languages and supports both professionals and adult educators, promoting greater female representation in textile management.

The W4TEX “Be A Manager” course, now available on our website, provides all the key skills you need to grow as a leader in the textile industry — from quality and productivity management to strategic and people-focused leadership.
