The W4TEX “Be A Manager” online course is designed for women working in the textile sector who want to develop managerial skills and advance into leadership roles. It offers comprehensive training in leadership, communication, planning, human resources, productivity, and decision-making through 12 interactive modules with self-assessments and a final certificate. The platform is available in multiple languages and supports both professionals and adult educators, promoting greater female representation in textile management.

Are you a woman working in textiles and ready to step up to a management role? The W4TEX “Be A Manager” course, now available on our website, provides all the key skills you need to grow as a leader in the textile industry — from quality and productivity management to strategic and people-focused leadership.
This training has been designed to support women in developing confidence, strengthening competencies, and taking active roles in decision-making processes across the sector.
