The upgrade2europe platform is the result of a multi‑partner Erasmus+ project designed to help educational providers, small and medium‑sized organisations (SMOs) and SMEs develop the skills, tools and institutional readiness needed to expand their activities across Europe.

The platform brings together a suite of six complementary, freely accessible digital tools that guide organisations step‑by‑step. These include an email course that introduces key concepts; a self‑analysis tool that assesses readiness for European work and offers action‑oriented recommendations; a handbook for practical organisational development; learning videos that explain challenges and opportunities; a curriculum aligned to the European Qualifications Framework for trainers; and a methodological process model that underpins the overall approach. These resources are available in multiple languages and are designed for on‑the‑job learning, enabling users to apply insights directly to their everyday work.  

The platform serves as both a network enabler and learning hub, connecting organisations to a community of practitioners on European cooperation, while offering a digital space where strategies can be explored, developed and implemented. It supports capacity‑building and helps organisations overcome barriers such as lack of training or external advisory costs, ultimately strengthening their ability to participate meaningfully in transnational partnerships and the broader European ecosystem.
