The 3D-CIRCULAR project, funded by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency, has published a Skills Needs Survey for employers, innovators, researchers, and education to share the main competencies they look for among qualified professionals. The responses received will be used to directly inform new curricula, micro-credentials, and learning pathways across Europe to ensure today’s and tomorrow’s professionals are ready for sustainable careers.
3D-CIRCULAR aims to ensure that education and training programmes reflect real labour-market needs, by closing the skills gaps in the green and digital transitions. Through an alliance of industry and research partners, it is shaping new master’s programmes, doctoral programmes, and certification pathways focused on deep-tech innovation and circular-economy principles. More information on the initiative can be found here.
