CNA Federmoda, through the implementation of its Strategic Plan 2030, commits to supporting the transition of the textiles and fashion ecosystem by promoting fair and resilient supply-chain governance, sustainable competitiveness for micro and small enterprises, skills development and generational renewal, and simplified sustainability compliance. Key actions include:

  • the activation of territorial and district supply-chain committees;
  • the development of fair contractual frameworks and sustainable pricing mechanisms;
  • training and upskilling programmes through the CNA Federmoda Academy;
  • the dissemination of sustainability and regulatory guidance tools for SMEs;
  • and advocacy activities at Italian and EU level for proportionate and effective regulatory frameworks for the fashion ecosystem.

By 2030, the Strategic Plan aims to strengthen coordination among supply-chain actors, increase micro-SME participation in sustainability and skills programmes, and develop operational tools supporting fair subcontracting practices.
