The ITA Group International Centre for Sustainable Textiles focuses its core competence on the goal of ensuring the holistic biotransformation of textile technology and thus the use of biological principles for small-scale value-added processes.Progress toward this vision will be tracked through three key indicators: the number of bio-based and circular R&D projects initiated and completed, the implementation of pilot or small-scale value-chain projects in collaboration with industry partners, and  the number of professionals trained through ITA’s education and capacity-building programs. Progress will be monitored annually, with the overarching target set for 31 December 2030.
