As a value-based community, the TCBL Association will mobilise and coordinate its innovation labs, micro-firms and social enterprises to co-develop and pilot alternative transition pathways, built on bio-sourced or waste-derived materials, circular design, and (re)localised, shorter supply chains. By offering a low-risk environment for business-model innovation, the Association aims to demonstrate replicable, regenerative alternatives to fossil-derived, long-supply-chain production.
- Measurable indicator: 100+ number of labs, micro-firms and social enterprises actively engaged, and number of alternative pathways developed and piloted.
- Target date: 2030 (with interim milestones).
