The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia provides an overview of annual turnover in the catering trades for the period 2022–2024. The data is categorised by national and regional levels. It shows that total turnover in current prices increased by nearly 49% from 2022 to 2024, reaching 344.9 billion RSD, with the northern region contributing the most. Turnover indices also reflect strong growth, particularly in Srbija – Sever, where the index in current prices rose from 159.6 in 2022 to 258.4 in 2024.
