The year 2022 saw a significant rebound in the number of overnight stays in Luxembourg, nearly reaching the figures of 2019 with a total of 2.8 million stays, which is 98.0% of the 2019 level. The majority of these stays, 57.1%, were accounted for by hotel guests, while camping sites attracted 34.0% of the overnight visitors. STATEC, the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, provides more data through a free, automatically updated statistical database. This database allows users to select criteria and explore overnight stays by type of accommodation from 1960 to 2022 in Luxembourg.
